Play your part in helping seniors lead active and more meaningful lives

CATS Classified’s Life Matters, which was first held last year, aims to promote active ageing while encouraging open-mindedness about end-of-life planning.  This year’s event will be held at Suntec Hall 404, from 10am to 8pm on 27 and 28 July 2013. Advertising features of the same name will run concurrently in CATS Classified, in The Straits Times and Shin Min Daily News on 26 July and in Lianhe Zaobao on 27 July.

Activities include morning exercise sessions, dance performances, and singing, photography and coffin art competitions. There will be freebies, gifts with purchases and a lucky draws for visitors and buyers as well. The event will be promoted and publicised via press advertisements, radio, MBO e-posters, outdoor video advertising and the CATS Facebook page.

As Singapore’s ageing population grows, so will the demand for products and services that cater to the needs of the elderly. Life Matters 2013 provides excellent marketing opportunities for organisations offering products and services to help keep the elderly mentally and physically healthy, as well as help them make their “final preparation” so they can leave the world the way they want to, instead of leaving things to chance.
