Seeking the next Singapore Hawker Master

Now into its 4th exciting year, Singapore Hawker Masters continues to honour our local culinary heritage in the quest for the best hawker in six favourite categories, namely Mee Rebus, Chinese Rojak, Nasi Briyani, Fishball Noodle (Soup and Dry), Oyster Omeltttand Cheng Tng.

The battle for the coveted title comprises 3 rounds that will stretch from now till November. This include public nominations which saw over 1,000 entries over a 2-week period, followed by a public voting round which started since 21 September.

The 3 most nominated stalls of each category, together with 3 other stalls picked by the judges up for public voting. It will then be followed by a taste judging by our distinguished panel of judges, comprising:
